Product – Blix is a toy manufacturing company that specialises in creating educational learning through eco-friendly toys for children.
Blix secured a deal with Oyo founder Ritesh Agarwal and Boat founder Aman Gupta, who invested 80 lakhs for 4 percent of equity to support the company’s expansion. The investment from sharks enabled the company to navigate research and development, creating a more expansion in the range of educational toys and improving its position in the competitive toy industry.
Intervue
Founder – Rahul Arora
Service platform – Intervue is a platform that simplifies the job interview process for both employers and employees but it is a platform for engineers only.
Aman Gupta was the one who secured the deal, which was for 1.5 crore and included 2 percent of equity. With this deal in hand it is sure that the company will be benifited with new level of expertise and business models and ideas as the Boat CEO is on-board now.
Turms
Founder – Surender Singh Rajpurohit
Product- Turms is an clothing brand that specialises in stain repellent and easy care of clothes.
Turms secured a deal with Azhar Iqubal who is the founder of Inshorts. He invested 1.2 crore for 4 percent of the equity. After the investment from the shark, Turms gathered it’s operations and broadened it’s product market. The stain- repellent and low maintenance features of Turms appeals the consumers, contributing to the brand’s growth and success.
AI Kavach
Founder – Pratyusha Vemuri Venkata
Services – AI Kavach is a cybersecurity company that utilises artificial intelligence to detect Fraudster and fraud websites.
The deal was closed with Boat CEO, Aman Gupta and Lenskart CEO, Piyush Bansal for 1 crore at 2.5 percent equity and 2.5 percent advisory equity. The specific details of AI Kavach’s deal and its business model is not revealed yet.
Honest Home Company
Founder – Mayank Pratap Sisodia
Product – Honest Home Company offers sustainable and plastic free home goods.
The deal was inked with Amit Jain, CEO of Car Dekho, for 1 crore for 3% equity and 1% royalty till 1.5 crore is recouped. With the money, Honest Home Company may expand its web-based network. Attracting online customers and businesses will be greatly aided by Amit Jain’s visibility on-board.
